Smartcard

Smartcard is a simple utility for reading and writing memory smart cards under Linux. It does not run under Windows! It should support all card readers that can be accessed through a CT-API library.

Project Status

This project is unmaintained. Because this is an open source project, everyone is free to pick it up and add features or fix bugs.

Supported Hardware

Currently, Smartcard is verified to work with only one card reader:

Smartcard should also work with any card reader that provides a CT-API compatible library. However, you will have to tweak the program a bit for this to work. See the included README file for details. Please let me know if you were able to use this utility with a card reader not listed here.
